Money

Money is good. I have seen it work wonders; wonders and miracles that religion can hardly work. For a while, the Christain community was confused as to the importance and need for money. Some said it was the root of all evils, while others said it was the love of it that was the root of all evils. But how can you have something, work for it and then get it, but not love it. I am yet to see a man or woman that has made so much money (by their standard) and not love it. Of course, you have to love what you have sacrificed almost every other thing for to get, or that which you have inherited. Make or take, money is good, very good!

Ever heard the phrase, " money can't buy you everything"? I dare say that is so not true. Money can buy you everything. A woman / man, good house, comfortable life, children, joy ( and I say this carefully); and every other thing you can ever think of. Can money buy you happiness? Maybe not. There really isn't anything that can buy you happiness, as this is more of a state of mind than reality.

Think of it, what would you say has brought you happiness? Lasting happiness? Nothing! They will only bring you joy, which is a temporary state of happiness, short lived in nature and conceivable by the human mind (my definition). It is only in death that happiness is achieved, just as perfection is achievable in death; and since no man has every died to come back, or very few wish to die, happiness will remain an illusion.

But here's the thing, money or the love of it has never been the root of all evils ( as adjudged by the number of bazaars organised by churches). It is the lack of money that pushes a man to cheap prostitutes, rape; the church to compromise on its standards. It is the lack of money that most likely makes a man loose a woman for a wife, cause friction in a household, and even may fuel the need for fame and power. Is money then the root of all evils? I'll leave that to you,  but if you asked me my thoughts on money, I'd say it brings joy and eliminates all evils!
